Brett kept in touch with me, interceded with insurance adjusters to get things covered, and was friendly and professional and thorough.
Recently hired Brett/Allstate to help with some commercial property that I am helping manage. He repaired a flat roof on a car dealership that had previously been "repaired" by Salazar. It leaked after every single rain after the Salazar repair. We were so distressed and thought that the next step for that property would be some kind of roof replacement. Brett took a look at it, gave us an estimate and a warranty on his work. He and his people at Allstate fixed it on a Sunday afternoon when nobody would be there working. It rained and rained the next week-and for the first time since I have been managing it, NO LEAKS. Awesome.. We are using him again for another property very soon!” Jane Ann
